Deep Sea Mining
To mine minerals at the ocean floor, mining vehicles are lowered from the mother ship to the ocean floor. The vehicle thens travels on a predetermined path, pulling up rocks and dirt from the sea bed. Minerals are are then crushed and classified to form a mixture of solid/liquid ratio. The mixture is then pumped to the mother vessel through a fluid transport. Once the job is over the vehicle is raised to the mother ship where it remains until its next journey to the ocean depths.
